Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, visually driven designer with a passion for photography to join our North America Marketing team. In this role, you will shape how Dassault Systemes looks and feels across digital and physical channels - designing compelling campaign assets and capturing original imagery that brings our brand story to life.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone equally at home behind a camera as they are in Adobe Creative Suite. You will collaborate closely with marketers, content strategists, and global brand teams to ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across every touchpoint.

  • Design marketing materials including social content, email campaigns, digital ads, event graphics, and print collateral that align with the 3DS global brand system
  • Plan, execute, and direct original photo and video shoots for use across web, social, and paid media
  • Edit, retouch, and manage a library of brand-approved photography and visual assets
  • Translate campaign briefs and messaging frameworks into polished visual concepts that resonate with our target audiences across industries
  • Collaborate with global brand and creative teams to maintain visual consistency and contribute to the evolution of the 3DS North America brand presence
  • Support event marketing with on-site photography and designed materials for trade shows, customer events, and executive briefings
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing creative quality with speed and deadlines

Qualifications

  • 2 + years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and brand design
  • Hands-on photography experience - professional or demonstrated through a compelling portfolio spanning product, lifestyle, or event photography
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A refined eye for composition, color, typography, and layout - with the ability to work within an established brand system while bringing fresh creative ideas
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing managers, content teams, and stakeholders
  • Experience with video production, motion graphics, or short-form content (e.g., Reels, LinkedIn video)
  • Background in B2B, technology, or enterprise software marketing
  • Experience working within a global brand system or enterprise design guidelines
