__ Lead Divisional Talent Partner - EL Location: This role is open globally preferably in EU or USA As the Divisional TA Partner, you will serve as the single point of contact for all divisional Talent Acquisition topics, ensuring clarity on strategy, process, policy, and compliance. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary TA partner to the Division and aligning TA strategy, priorities, and delivery with divisional business objectives and people plans. Working closely with HRBPs and senior leaders, you will translate workforce and capability needs into effective hiring strategies and recruitment marketing, while executing end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and multi-country/global roles using differentiated approaches based on role impact and scarcity. You will leverage TA data and performance measures to drive efficiency, contribute to TA community projects and best practice sharing, and ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities
Partner with TA Leadership, HR and business leadership on workforce planning, forecasting, and future capability needs. Provide internal and external talent insights to guide strategy, location decisions, and build vs buy choices; use talent data and trends to highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Lead and support talent pooling for critical and emerging capability roles. Embed DEI principles into divisional hiring strategies and talent pipelines. Contribute to global and regional TA initiatives aligned to divisional priorities. Maximize sourcing capabilities and manage vendor relationships in line with global TA and procurement guidelines. Ensure application of global TA standards, systems, KPIs, and governance. Serve as the escalation point for divisional TA issues and coordinate timely resolution with regional and global TA leadership. Identify recurring challenges and drive continuous improvement in divisional TA processes and delivery. Lead or contribute to TA design projects and pilots to enhance processes, tools, and operating models; share divisional insights and best practices across the TA community.
Qualifications for the role
A degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including in-house recruiting experience within a comparable organization or an international search firm. Hands-on experience running end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions, with the ability to navigate local market nuances while maintaining a consistent global approach. Sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media. Strong knowledge and/or interest in agile profiles / set-up. Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends, as well as strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects. Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills. Self-driven, resilient, energetic, creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs. Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
