• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance preferred
• AWS or equivalent welding certification preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, maintenance, fabrication, or welding required
• Proficient in MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience using industrial spray painting equipment
• Experience with Arc Gouging and Flux-Core welding is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

• Inspect, assemble, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
• Install bearings, seals, motors, gear reducers, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and equipment failures
• Perform MIG and Stick welding in all positions
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Cut, drill, grind, fit, and prepare materials for fabrication
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance
• Prepare surfaces and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment
• Perform touch-ups and ensure proper coating adhesion and finish quality
• Complete production, maintenance, and quality documentation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas utilizing 5S principles
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
• Safely operate welding, grinding, cutting, painting, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to wear required PPE and safely handle chemicals, coatings, and welding materials
