Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

Rotating Schedule:8 PM - 8 AM

Must be able to train on the 1st shift (Monday - Friday) for 2 weeks

Job Duties



  • Lead and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring seamless shift transitions, adherence to production schedules, and achievement of quality, efficiency, and waste-reduction goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production, equipment, and personnel issues, serving as the primary technical resource for the production line and driving continuous operational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards, proactively identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
  • Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and compliance reports, documenting operational deviations, corrective actions, and performance metrics to support audit readiness and process accountability.
  • Foster effective communication, teamwork, and employee development, collaborating with supervisors, cross-functional teams, and management to support workforce training, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Support workforce continuity and plant housekeeping initiatives, providing production coverage as needed, maintaining organized work areas, and promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and manufacturing best practices.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED.



Experience Requirements



  • Preferrably 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to read and write in English.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
