Job Purpose The main responsibility of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Analyst is to assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security and availability, as well as providing basic network support, and serving as backup helpdesk coverage when the primary helpdesk technician is unavailable. This is a hybrid role based out of Northbrook, IL. Key Accountabilities

As of the date of this posting, the estimated pay range for this role is XXX plus eligibility to participate in the annual discretionary bonus plan. The actual pay for the position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity.
