Description * Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models for electrical, mechanical, Smart Buildings, and energy management systems. * Generate technical drawings, system layouts, schematics, and blueprints for project execution. * Ensure design accuracy, industry standards compliance, and project specifications adherence. * Collaborate with engineers to refine design concepts, perform design calculations, and optimize system layouts. * Manage multiple design iterations, version control, and drawing archives to maintain data integrity. * Work closely with engineering, project management, support, and field teams to translate concepts into production-ready designs. * Support the development of submittal packages, as-built drawings, and project documentation. * Assist with design changes, revisions, and updates based on feedback from stakeholders. * Provide technical guidance to installation teams and field personnel, ensuring design intent is accurately implemented. * Stay current with CAD advancements, drafting techniques, and industry best practices. * Assist in developing CAD design standards, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency. * Support automation and scripting initiatives to enhance design accuracy and productivity. * Mentor and train junior designers and CAD technicians on best practices and software functionalities.
