Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $45-48 Hourly Start Date: Aug 3, 2026 The Web Content Copywriter is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining website content for five university brands. This is a hands-on execution role focused on developing web copy, including FAQ sections, program pages, landing pages, and other website content. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and critical thinker who can simplify complex information, anticipate user questions, and create clear, engaging content that supports the customer journey. Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and maintain website content across five university brands, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Create and update FAQ content, program pages, landing pages, and other website content that addresses prospective student questions and supports enrollment goals. Translate complex information into clear, concise, user-friendly web copy. Adapt messaging and tone to align with each university's brand while maintaining a consistent user experience. Ensure all content follows accessibility standards, editorial guidelines, and legal requirements. Use AI tools (such as Writer AI and Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency while maintaining originality and content quality. Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and stakeholders to gather information, review content, and meet publishing deadlines. Manage multiple content requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional web content writing or web copyediting experience in an agency, marketing, or in-house environment. Experience writing and maintaining website content within a CMS. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. Critical thinker who can anticipate user questions, organize information logically, and create content that improves the website experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Higher education experience is a plus. #LI-BS1 | |
