About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in elevating our client's visual communications, ensuring clarity, impact, and brand integrity across all platforms. You will guide creative projects from inception to delivery, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation. Your leadership will directly influence how our client connects with diverse audiences, from healthcare professionals to consumers, through compelling and compliant visual content.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead creative direction and design execution for assigned projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of world-class creative solutions across multiple channels.
  • Present and articulate compelling creative concepts that align with strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand, corporate, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency and uphold high-quality standards across all studio design work.
  • Mentor and guide fellow designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering skill development.
  • Collaborate effectively with copywriters and project/account team leads to support planning, timelines, and execution.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, to continuously elevate creative output.
  • Adhere to established content studio workflows, file management standards, and promotional review processes.


Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:



  • Strong experience in presentation design, particularly within a healthcare professional context.
  • Proven agency experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex or challenging projects with patience and professionalism, especially in direct-to-consumer work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction and design execution from concept through final delivery.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the production of multi-channel creative solutions.
  • A portfolio showcasing the ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively.
  • Familiarity with brand, corporate, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency and quality across design work.
  • A track record of mentoring and guiding designers.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and project/account leads.
  • A commitment to staying current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI capabilities.
  • Understanding of content studio workflows, file management standards, and promotional review processes.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.00 - $47.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
