The Director of Non-Acute Billing Operations will oversee key components of one or more revenue cycle functional areas including: Johns Hopkins Care at Home billing operations (Home Health, DME/HME and Infusion/Pharmacy), Johns Hopkins Care at Home Connections, Johns Hopkins Care at Home Patient Information, and revenue cycle operations for the Ambulatory Surgical Center series. The Director is responsible for optimizing revenue streams, enhancing cash flow, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing vendor and client relationships and performance. This leader collaborates with various departments to streamline processes, implement best practices, drive financial and operational performance across the revenue cycle. Salary Range: Minimum 158,644.00/annually - Maximum 213,992.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
