As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, a typical day might include:

  • Day-to-day management of Talent Acquisition vendors and technology platforms.

  • Leveraging reporting and operational metrics to monitor vendor performance against defined expectations, contractual obligations and operational goals.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate vendor-related activities, project timelines, operational priorities, and key deliverables.
  • Supporting vendor onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, system access, training and adoption activities.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition projects, including technology implementations or enhancements, recruitment marketing initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
  • Identifying risks, delays, delivery concerns, process gaps, or vendor-related issues and escalating as appropriate to minimize operational impact.
  • Providing internal support when questions or issues arise related to vendor products, services, platforms, workflows, or deliverables.
  • Consolidating data, insights, and recommendations into executive-ready summaries and presentations for Talent Acquisition leadership.

This role might be for you if:

  • You are naturally curious and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • You enjoy partnering and collaborating with people and teams to achieve shared goals.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can effectively adapt as priorities and business needs evolve.
  • You are capable of independently managing work while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • You can balance operational details with broader strategic objectives and understand how your work contributes to larger Talent Acquisition and enterprise goals.
  • You are an effective communicator who can translate data, project updates, and operational findings into clear and actionable recommendations.

To be considered for this opportunity:

You must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with a minimum of three years of current Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, project management or related experience. Previous experience within a large, matrixed healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
