Overview
Keysight is at the forefront of technology innovation, delivering breakthroughs and trusted insights in electronic design, simulation, prototyping, test, manufacturing, and optimization. Our ~15,000 employees create world-class solutions in communications, 5G, automotive, energy, quantum, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor markets for customers in over 100 countries. Learn more about what we do. Our award-winning culture embraces a bold vision of where technology can take us and a passion for tackling challenging problems with industry-first solutions. We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers. Keysight is a leader in both Test & Measurement and Electronic Design Automation (EDA), developing advanced software used by engineers to model, simulate, and design the technologies behind tomorrow's electronic systems. Our EDA portfolio includes industry-recognized solutions such as ADS, RFPro, SystemVue, and IC-CAP. These tools are used not only by customers around the world, but also by Keysight's own engineers to design the technologies at the heart of our industry-leading measurement solutions. What if you could take your deep EDA and RF/microwave design expertise and use it to help shape how Keysight designs its own technology? This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of two sides of Keysight innovation: the engineers developing our EDA software and the hardware and circuit designers using it to create some of the world's most advanced, high-precision measurement technologies. As an EDA Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as a dedicated technical partner and trusted advisor to Keysight's internal hardware and circuit design community. Rather than focusing on traditional software sales, you'll work directly with highly accomplished engineers tackling complex RF/microwave and electronic design challenges. You'll help them optimize design and verification workflows, integrate Keysight EDA solutions into their engineering processes, and maximize the capabilities of tools such as ADS and SystemVue. Your impact will extend beyond supporting individual engineers or solving isolated technical problems. You'll develop a deep understanding of how Keysight's engineering teams design the technologies behind our products, identify opportunities to improve their workflows, and translate their needs into technical success plans, prioritized initiatives, and meaningful improvements in software adoption and engineering productivity. Just as importantly, you'll serve as a critical connection between Keysight's design community and our EDA software development teams. By capturing real-world design challenges, technical requirements, and enhancement opportunities, you'll help influence the future of our EDA solutions and improve the tools that engineers rely on to push the boundaries of what's possible. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence, collaboration, and program leadership. You'll work alongside experienced EDA specialists and engage with engineering teams and leadership across Keysight to drive complex initiatives forward. If you've built your career designing sophisticated RF/microwave circuits and systems and are ready to expand your impact beyond an individual design or project, this is an opportunity to remain close to the technology you love while helping shape how Keysight develops its next generation of innovations.
