Nuclear Medicine / CT Technologist

Schedule/Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week; every third weekend. No on call or block scheduling.

Position Overview

The Nuclear Medicine / CT Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine studies and CT imaging while maintaining patient safety and image quality. Candidates must hold both Nuclear Medicine and postprimary CT credentials. This position requires flexibility to float to Cardiac departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine examinations ranging from diagnostic imaging to therapeutic studies.
• Perform CT imaging within the scope of required credentials and department protocols.
• Operate nuclear medicine cameras, including Philips equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation in Epic.
• Follow established imaging procedures and patient safety protocols.
• Float to Cardiac departments as needed.

Job Requirements

• Two years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Experience performing a range of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine studies required.
• Must hold both Nuclear Medicine and postprimary Computed Tomography (CT) credentials.
• Nuclear Medicine certification through ARRT (N) or NMTCB required.
• Postprimary CT certification through ARRT (CT) or NMTCB(CT) required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Candidates with a pending New Jersey license may be submitted.

• Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week.

• Block scheduling is unavailable.
• First-time travelers and local candidates accepted.
• Floating to Cardiac departments required as needed.
• Charting system: Epic.
