Key Responsibilities



  • Develop comprehensive design drawings and specifications utilizing computer-assisted drafting equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other professionals to design, lay out, and detail components and systems, proactively resolving any design challenges.
  • Analyze the technical implications of design concepts to ensure feasibility and optimal performance.
  • Create accurate rough and detailed scale plans, translating preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, and specifications into precise visual documents.
  • Gather and compile necessary data to finalize and complete designs effectively.
  • Draft detailed plans and drawings for a variety of structures, installations, and construction projects, including public works, working diligently from initial sketches or notes.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Demonstrated creativity, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles essential for producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
  • Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Computer Aided Design and Drafting software.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
