Onsite Back Off Data Entry Specialist

Qualfon, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is detail oriented. You will be dealing with number plates, capturing customers license plate numbers and State and record it at 99% accuracy.

Pay Rate of $15.00/HR - Training 8:00am to 5:30pm

Hours of operation: 7 Days

Meet and exceed expectations
• Assist customers with issues related to their employee discounts
• Verify eligibility and apply discounts to existing accounts
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a customer-first mindset
• Care for your customers by finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products
• Maintain composure in challenging situations and employ a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolution

• GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience required
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
• Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
