We are looking for an Architecture Consultant who will be instrumental in the successful adoption and implementation of essential marketing tools, establishing them as key operational platforms. You will lead significant transformation initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders, meticulously managing implementation roadmaps, and ensuring that solutions deliver tangible business value. While your focus will not be on day-to-day configuration, your deep knowledge will enable you to review solution designs, provide strategic direction, and partner effectively with technical implementation leads. This role demands exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills, as you navigate complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation and adoption of projects across marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner closely with implementation leads to prioritize work, review proposed configurations, and ensure solutions align with business needs and long-term scalability objectives.
  • Drive robust project governance, including comprehensive scope management, proactive risk mitigation, meticulous dependency tracking, strategic milestone planning, and transparent status reporting.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating activities across business, operations, technology, and external partners as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating informed decision-making, managing change impacts effectively, and securing alignment throughout implementation efforts.
  • Lead communication, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful user onboarding and sustained platform utilization.
  • Monitor implementation outcomes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive continuous optimization of business workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, ensuring transparency, accountability, and seamless cross-functional coordination.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally leading platforms and capability workflows.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a proven track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
  • Experience working in highly nuanced workflows and collaborating effectively with leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts while also translating them clearly for marketing teams with different terminology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing, operations, and processes within a marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in building solutions within Airtable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements into actionable objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience specifically building Airtable bases and automations.
  • General technical background or strong technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with Figma (creative tooling).
  • Understanding of the social and digital capability landscape.
  • Previous industry experience.
