This position does not include direct patient care. Shift rotation is required. What you'll do * Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment * Process specialty and general instrument sets accurately and efficiently * Assemble surgical trays and equipment according to established tray listings * Monitor sterilization processes and maintain required documentation * Maintain inventory and stock levels within the Central Sterile Department * Inspect instruments for functionality and identify repair needs * Support case cart assembly and preparation for surgical procedures * Collaborate with perioperative and clinical teams to ensure timely instrument availability Qualifications Qualifications Required * High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred * Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification through HSPA Ideal candidates demonstrate * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ready to take the next step?
