KeyLogic is seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our growing team supporting the Department of Energy in Germantown, MD. This position supports a federal contract which requires U.S. Citizenship and candidates will need to undergo a federal background suitability check to secure building access. This position is on-site in Germantown, MD. Position Responsibilities:
* Provides Identity Management Expertise, including planning and maintenance of various identity systems and services (multi-factor, SSO) and authorization concepts. * Applies software updates and patches to Jira, Confluence, WebSphere. * Integrates Jira with other tools and systems * Provides technical mentorship, guidance, and expertise to a small team of developers * Builds, enhances and maintains custom solutions in Jira, Java-based and Azure .NET custom web-applications * Modernizes applications written in older technologies for new platforms * Performs requirements analysis and writes professional, detailed technical documentation * Diagnoses, troubleshoots and solves technical issues with existing applications * Provides clear communication with clients, team members and customers on video, phone and in person * Captures clear, concise and accurate technical documentation Position Requirements:
