Administration Associate (location in Arlington, TX)
We are growing and are searching for an individual that is enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working to be part of our team! We are looking for someone that can be held accountable for performing the administration functions related to the daily operations of the Distribution Center. As a valuable member of the Kimball Midwest Administration team, job duties will include: * Data entry (especially numeric), speed and accuracy is a must. * Ability to multitask utilizing organizational and prioritization skills. * Answer phones, route calls to the appropriate person & maintain positive customer and sales rep relations. * Accomplish general clerical and administrative support utilizing knowledge of our office procedures and systems. * A working knowledge of Word & Excel. * Ability to work independently and with a team. * Communicate and cooperate with Supervisors and Coworkers. * Learn the warehouse management system and perform all functions within the system * Reviews Post WMS orders from the shipping department and reviews for accuracy * Issue return tags via the UPS website and routes appropriately * Perform credits to invoices * Re-issuing invoices The ideal candidate will have: * Clerical, data entry experience (1 -- 2yrs.) * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Exceptional problem-solving skills * Excellent Customer Service * Positive Attitude All applicants must have: * High School Diploma * Valid Driver's License Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm *Pay is negotiable based on experience.
