You Are:

UST is searching for an experienced Senior Engineer - Oracle EDMCS & OneStream to provide technical support, administration, development, and continuous improvement for Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and OneStream platforms.

The opportunity:

* Provide day-to-day technical support, administration, and maintenance for Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).

* Administer and manage enterprise metadata, including dimensions, hierarchies, node types, viewpoints, subscriptions, and metadata relationships.

* Support enterprise data governance processes and ensure metadata changes are implemented accurately and in accordance with established standards.

* Administer, support, and enhance OneStream applications, including Planning and Forecasting solutions and related financial planning and reporting processes.

* Design, develop, configure, and maintain OneStream solutions based on business and Finance requirements.

* Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, user-reported issues, system defects, and integration failures within established SLAs.



This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Experience range: 5+ Years

o 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, and maintaining Oracle EDMCS and OneStream in an enterprise environment.

o Strong understanding of enterprise metadata management concepts, including:

o Dimensions

o Hierarchies

o Node types

o Viewpoints

o Subscriptions

o Metadata governance

o Hands-on experience administering and enhancing OneStream applications and financial planning and reporting processes.

o Proven experience troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions.

o Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and automation scripting.

o Experience working with enterprise integrations and data exchange processes.

o Strong understanding of application support, incident management, change management, testing, and production deployment processes.

o Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

* Required Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience with OpenStack or other cloud infrastructure technologies.

o Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise applications and environments.

o Knowledge of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance frameworks.

o Experience with financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, or management of reporting processes.

o Experience automating operational and integration processes using Python or scripting.

o Familiarity with ITIL-based production support and service management practices.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Arkansas

Compensation Range: $94,000-$141,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
