Job Overview

Have you spent the last few years managing client deliverables, assisting with pitches, or helping write SOWs-without getting the room to truly run the show? This is your time to step up and shine.

Aquent Studios is looking for a high-energy, early-to-mid career operator to own and grow our partnership with a flagship technology client in Seattle. We don't want a traditional salesperson who drops a client the moment the contract is signed. We need an entrepreneurial builder who can build client trust, lead negotiations, roll up their sleeves to oversee implementation, and continuously experiment with new solutions (including AI and automated workflows).

If you thrive in ambiguity, love testing new ideas, and are ready for full ownership from initial pitch to final delivery, this role was built for you.

Partnering directly with senior executive leadership, you will serve as a bridge between client business goals and Aquent Studios' comprehensive capabilities. You will drive multi-million dollar impacts by transforming organizational challenges into high-value engagements in creative services, marketing operations, AI, automation, digital experiences, and content strategy. This role offers an exceptional platform for high-impact leadership and career advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Full Client Lifecycle: Lead discovery sessions, negotiate proposals/SOWs, and stay onboard through rollout to ensure seamless delivery and account health.
  • Cultivate Deep Client Relationships: Become the go-to trusted partner across multiple client teams and product groups, uncovering new opportunities by truly understanding their operational challenges.
  • Design & Implement Solutions: Partner with internal creative, marketing operations, and AI experts to scope tailored service models and bring them to life.
  • Innovate & Experiment: Bring new ideas, creative approaches, and AI/automation tools to client workflows-constantly asking "How can we do this better?"
  • Track Growth & Account Health: Keep a pulse on project pipelines, financial health, and delivery metrics, ensuring work stays on track and scope is clear.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with internal delivery teams to translate contractual commitments into clear, actionable execution plans.

What You'll Bring

Core Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of professional experience in account management, client success, consulting, agency delivery, or business development.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Comfort working directly with corporate stakeholders and navigating client organizations.
  • Service Familiarity: Exposure to creative agency or marketing services (e.g., content creation, digital marketing, AI workflows, or managed service delivery models).
  • Hands-on Execution & SOW Experience: Practical experience drafting proposals, defining scopes of work, tracking project budgets, or helping manage project delivery.
  • Pragmatic Tech & AI Aptitude: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline daily work and improve client processes.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfort jumping into unstructured situations, figuring out the path forward, and taking ownership of outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working inside or alongside enterprise technology environments.
  • A natural instinct for system thinking-connecting what the client needs with how the team actually executes.
  • An eagerness to learn, experiment, and take calculated risks to test new service offerings.

Ideal Company Profile & Mindset

To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following core attributes:

  • Academic Achievement: Strong academic background demonstrated through formal education.
  • Leadership & Change Management: Proven track record of creating, driving, and sustaining transformational change across teams and client organizations.
  • AI Fluency: Deep, practical fluency in applying AI technologies-both to streamline internal studio workflows and, most importantly, to transform client-facing operating models and deliverables.
  • Engineering Mindset & Systems Thinking: Ability to decompose complex organizational and marketing problems into scalable, structured, and interconnected systems.
  • Builder Mindset: Hands-on drive to build new capabilities, offers, practices, and teams from the ground up.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Expertise in leveraging data, metrics, and insights to inform commercial decisions, track project success, and validate strategic bets.
  • Experimental Approach: Willingness to test new approaches, iterate rapidly, and foster a culture of creative experimentation.

The pay range for this role is $115,000-$125,000 (annual discretionary bonus and benefits are available). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
