ADAS Virtual Validation Engineer - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned worksite. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the worksite. Research and develop tools to emulate and virtualize automotive Electronic Control Units used for ADAS sensor processing and feature execution. Develop and execute virtualization tool validation methodologies leveraging vehicle test data. Integrate ADAS software virtualization methods into full vehicle open and closed-loop simulations. Assist ADAS software and feature developers design, verify and validate new ADAS features in a virtual setting. Support development and execution of software unit verification in MiL/SiL/HiL environments. Support software integration testing in SiL and HiL environments.
