Clinical Technician 1 - Physical Rehab

Inova Fairfax Hospital - Physical Rehab is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician to join the team.

This schedule for this role will be | Full-time | Rotations | 6:00AM - 6:30PM & 6:00PM - 6:30AM | Rotating days, weekends & holidays |

* Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.

* Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.

* Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.

* May perform additional duties as assigned

Training:

Clinical Technician Academy (CTA):

6 Classroom-style sessions located in Falls Church VA: 8AM - 4:30PM

1 Virtual Orientation Day: 9AM - 4:30PM

1 Virtual EPIC Training: 8AM - 4:30PM

Training dates are pre-set and non-negotiable; recruitment team will share further information.

• Current Inova Clinical Technicians & rehires under 1 year are exempt from CTA.

Your first week will be a required Monday - Friday schedule - regardless of your positions normal schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

* Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire

* Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
