Manufacturing Engineer Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to drive real impact in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Optimization.

This position is based on-site in Kansas City, KS and is not eligible for remote work. This internship will be considered part time (minimum of 15 hours per week).

Apply technical skills learned in school to real-world applications.

• Support engineering tasks including safety projects, time studies, bottleneck analysis, value stream mapping, layout updates, fixture drawings, and standard work procedures.

• Collaborate with a variety of teams on engineering projects and share updates with Plant Leadership.

• Enjoy access to your own workstation including AutoCAD and Inventor software.

• Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, or equivalent

• Previous internship experience (helpful, but not required)

• Excellent communication skills

• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions when something isn't clear
