Accounts Receivable Specialist | Direct Hire | Dallas, TX

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience, plus annual bonus potential

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, on-site

What you'll do

• Review open accounts and start collection efforts
• Make outbound calls with warmth and professionalism, strengthening customer relationships along the way
• Resolve billing questions and disputes quickly, with great service
• Collect payments on time and follow up on payment arrangements
• Spot delinquency trends and bring them to management
• Prepare and send correspondence to encourage payment
• Work with sales and customer service teammates to coordinate collection efforts
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you

What you bring

• An outgoing, confident personality. You enjoy phone conversations and building rapport. A sales, customer service, or hospitality background fits well here.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally 1+ years of related experience (AR, collections, billing, customer service, or sales), though it's not required
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and video conferencing
• A sharp eye for detail and a self-starter attitude
• A coachable, team-first mindset and the initiative to research and resolve issues

This is a direct-hire, full-time, fully on-site position in Dallas, TX. Our interview process is quick: a video interview, then a meeting on-site with the AR leadership team.
