Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are handled safely, packed according to cold-chain standards, and shipped accurately and on time to meet daily carrier pickup deadlines.

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and system instructions.
• Ensure products are packaged to meet cold-chain requirements using insulation, gel packs, dry ice, and other temperature-sensitive materials.
• Safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice while following safety procedures and cold-chain protocols.
• Meet daily productivity goals and carrier pickup deadlines.
• Verify product accuracy, quantities, labels, and packaging before sealing shipments.
• Apply shipping labels and carrier-specific documentation correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report order discrepancies, damaged products, or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and restocking activities as needed.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety standards, and OSHA regulations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment, including extended exposure to freezing temperatures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
