Brake Press Operator - Direct Hire Location: Memphis, TN Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Second Shift \| 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts) Overtime Available What You'll Do Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machines to produce quality metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications. Select, install, and align punches, dies, and tooling. Verify material types, dimensions, bend allowances, and finished part requirements. Inspect completed parts and make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy. Meet production goals while following all safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Experience Requirements Previous press brake operating experience required. Experience setting up and operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of tooling selection, bend calculations, and measurement techniques. Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards. CNC press brake and programmable control experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
