MIG Welder - Direct Hire Location: Memphis, TN Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Night Shift, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts) Overtime Available What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and aluminum components for generator enclosure manufacturing. Weld both production-run and custom-fabricated parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Lay out, pull, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication. Complete horizontal and vertical welds while maintaining quality standards. Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience. Experience welding carbon steel and aluminum. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with material layout, part preparation, and machine setup. Strong welding skills in horizontal and vertical positions. Stable work history with verifiable references.
