The Electric Transmission & Distribution Team, comprised of roughly 10,100 coworkers, is responsible for ensuring the electric grid's reliability and resiliency through the ongoing maintenance and operations of PG&E's 100,000 miles of distribution lines and over 18,000 miles of transmission lines. The coworkers of the Service Planning and Design organization (SP&D) support the business vision by delivering customers safe, reliable, and affordable electric and gas services in compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal requirements through the New Business Process. SP&D stands are to deliver new gas and electric service when customers want us to and we provide an amazing experience to all our customers. SP&D supports both gas and electric operations through its customer project management, design and estimating, dependency, construction, and clerical functions. Position Summary Manages aspects of the EGI training program implementation and operations. Ensures program is developed and operating effectively. Leading change management with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the training roadmap is fully implemented and operational. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
