Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and incoming shipments.
• Deliver raw materials and packaging supplies to production and compounding departments.
• Move finished products to designated storage and shipping areas.
• Verify material labels, quantities, and locations.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain accurate material movement records and complete required paperwork.
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required or preferred, depending on the position.
• Valid forklift certification, if required by the employer.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read labels, verify quantities, and complete basic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift materials and stand or walk for extended periods as required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
