Job Description
DaVinci Robotic Coordinator (DRC) - Join the Future of Surgery!

Are you a seasoned OR nurse with a passion for innovation, surgical precision, and cutting-edge technology? Ready to take your career to the next level? Step into the role of DaVinci Robotic Coordinator and become the go-to expert in robotic-assisted surgery!

As the DRC, you'll be the nerve center for all things DaVinci - coordinating people, equipment, and processes to ensure our robotic procedures run like a well-oiled machine. You'll work closely with surgeons, OR teams, and leadership to keep patient care smooth, safe, and top-quality.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own the orchestration of DaVinci robotic procedures - from staffing to supply readiness.

  • Keep the flow of surgical information moving efficiently across teams.

  • Identify and suggest improvements for patient care, budgets, and long-term planning.

  • Balance clinical and leadership skills - support robotic procedures and jump in as an OR RN in other specialties when needed.

  • Stay on top of compliance, competencies, and continuing education.

You'll Excel in This Role If You Have:
  • A current Missouri RN license.

  • BCLS certification.

  • At least 3 years of OR experience, or equivalent expertise to hit the ground running.

  • Confidence using electronic medical records and Microsoft tools like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving chops.

  • A self-starter mindset - ready to shift priorities and adapt quickly when the OR buzzes with change.

Bonus Points (Preferred):
  • BSN - always a plus!

  • CNOR certification - show off your operating room mastery.

  • Instructor certifications related to your surgical specialty? Even better.

Why You'll Love This Role:
  • Be at the forefront of robotic-assisted surgery.

  • Work with highly skilled teams who value innovation and precision.

  • Grow your leadership skills while staying clinically hands-on.

  • Play a key role in improving outcomes, streamlining care, and making a difference in the surgical experience.

Ready to bring your clinical expertise and love for high-tech care to the next level? Let's make robotic surgery even more extraordinary - together.
