Production Worker

Job Description:

BLUvera is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team of production workers! As a member of our production team, you will have the opportunity to work in an indoor facility assembling and fabricating metal products and will play a vital part in ensuring that BLUvera meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication of assemblies
2. Operation of tools and equipment
3. Loading/unloading of materials
   
   D. Material set up
   
   E. Conduct quality checks
   
   F. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
   
   G. Packaging
   
   H. Completes tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
   
   I. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A. Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy

B. Ability to work with other team members to solve problems

C. Passionate about maintaining a safe working environment

D. Ability to operate standard hand and power tools

F. Detail orientated

Education and Experience:

1. Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred
2. Minimum of 1-year light manufacturing or relevant work experience preferred
3. Minimum of 1-year in carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred
