The Johns Hopkins Hospital Outpatient Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic Nurse - The Nurse will offer support to children and adolescents diagnosed with a range of autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions, such as juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, and vasculitis. The nurse will offer education focused on disease management and will function as a nurse case manager, advocating for necessary resources and supporting quality care. You will work collaboratively with a medical team from other pediatric specialties such as immunology, genetics, nephrology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, gastrointestinal medicine, dermatology, cardiology, pulmonology, pain medicine, and psychology. Who Should Apply:




  • BSN/MSN preferred. Associated degree candidates encouraged to apply!
  • Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
  • RN work experience required
