Sunda is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our incredible culinary team. Planning the menu and designing the plating presentation for each dish. Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required. Hiring and training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items. Stocktaking ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed. At Sunda, we pride ourselves on taking classic, culturally important dishes from all over this region and modernizing each one by upgrading ingredients, cooking technique and presentation to create a tasting experience that is completely new while still retaining the deep-rooted spirit of the original.
