**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Philanthropy & Development or designee, the Advancement Officer (AO) will serve as the team lead in developing and executing a growth-based Annual Fund program that most effectively matches the giving goals of prospects and donors with existing and emerging organizational needs. The AO will develop donor acquisition and retention strategies that support all segments and meet annual performance metrics with revenue and donors. The AO will build and manage a portfolio of 200 donors capable of giving $1,000 - $5,000 annually. The AO will serve as a key support resource to colleagues across the Philanthropy team and as a liaison with the Events team. The AO will actively cultivate and engage external relationships to support prospect moves management and be an ambassador for the Mission and impact of Southcoast Health in the community. In addition, the AO will partner with the Philanthropy Team to advance department and organizational priorities as needed. Qualifications
