The Facility Coordinator will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for facility operations & maintenance for an International Headquarters and Showroom located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The Facility Coordinator will provide facility solutions for the client through work order management, and oversight of the preventative maintenance program with the support of vendor relationships. Additionally, the Facility Coordinator will support elements associated with contract management, accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, meetings, tours, and emergency planning processes.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage workflow of service requests generated by client and Colliers team to dispatch to the appropriate service provider.
Assist with coordinating activities of floor warden training and emergency drills.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities with the Facility Manager and/or Building Engineer, providing documentation of deficiencies and solutions.
Support the bidding process and assist the Client's Procurement Agent to ensure compliance with the Client's contractual policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain the facility maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for client on status of work orders and facility activity.
Promote and foster positive relationships with client and FM team and track service calls as required.
Assist with monthly and yearly management reports.
Coordinate the oversight and quality assurance of all service vendors who perform contract services including organization of vendor contacts and accounting information.
Assist Client in facility accounting responsibilities.
Support the facility's Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
Support Client and Project Manager in recertification of WELL building certification.
Supplementary coverage for staffed positions.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma/GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of real estate property /facility management or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with others well, give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in WELL Certification preferred.
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
Ability to handle a variety of work with minimal direction and supervision
A strong team player, service-oriented attitude and unwavering positive outlook
