Education, Training and Experience:

  • Minimum requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' relevant work experience in a related training or marketing field, preferably in a business environment.
  • Communication experience that shows the use of skills necessary to execute this position successfully

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.

Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Deputy General Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned. .

  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and equipment.
  • Instruct employees, lottery personnel, retailers, vendors, and others as assigned in use of Intralot hardware and software.
  • Instruct employees, lottery personnel, retailers, vendors, and others as assigned in lottery procedures and practices.
  • Conduct trainee surveys and interviews.
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  • Track and compile collected data.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices in instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • Ability to travel
  • Capable of lifting and carrying 30 lbs.

Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.

Security Requirements

Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State Lottery and Intralot USA is a requirement of employment. A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
