Elizabethtown Community Hospital (ECH) is a not-for-profit critical access hospital which includes ECH, the Ticonderoga Campus, and six community-based primary care health centers. In Essex County, Elizabethtown Community Hospital serves as the central source for the delivery of health care services to county residents and visitors to the Adirondack Park.

Elizabethtown Community Hospital has two campuses and six community-based health centers. At the Elizabethtown, New York location, there is a 25-bed inpatient unit, 24-hour emergency department, and several specialty health clinics; in Ticonderoga, New York, there is a second 24-hour emergency department and additional outpatient clinics.
